Public Water Agencies Reinforce Support for Innovative Approach to Managing California’s Water Supply
Today, we are pleased to share that the Department of Water Resources (DWR), Reclamation, and public water agencies involved in the Healthy Rivers and Landscapes Program have responded to the questions and comments raised during the April 2024 workshops, as well as those submitted during the public comment period for the Draft Staff Report in support of potential updates to the Bay-Delta Plan. These responses, developed through close collaboration with program proponents statewide, underscore our commitment to transparency, enforceability, and accountability—key pillars of the program.
