Venus brings more than 15 years of experience in executive administration, human resources, office management and organizational operations. Prior to joining NCWA, she served as Executive Assistant for the Basin Irrigation and Drainage Authority (Sutter Mutual Water Company and Reclamation District 1500), where she supported executive leadership, coordinated board meetings, managed human resources processes, and oversaw financial and administrative functions.
At NCWA, Venus coordinates board and committee meetings, supports member services and organizational communications, assists with events and special projects, and manages administrative functions across the association. She brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to her work, with a focus on strong organization, attention to detail and positive working relationships.
Venus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with a concentration in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and is pursuing her PHR-CA certification.
